What is a Root Canal?

A Root Canal, or endodontic therapy, is a dental treatment designed to address infections within the tooth pulp, the innermost layer of your teeth. Commonly performed by endodontists and dentists, Root Canal Treatment is crucial for preventing the spread of infection and preserving your natural teeth.

Why Would I Need a Root Canal?

You may require a Root Canal if bacteria invade the tooth pulp due to a deep cavity or a cracked tooth. Early intervention can prevent complications and alleviate symptoms.

Signs You May Need a Root Canal:

    •  Persistent tooth pain

    •  Sensitivity to pressure or touch

    •  Swollen gums

    •  Pimple on the gums

    •  Swollen jaw

    •  Discolored tooth

  •  Loose tooth

Risks / Benefits
