From the moment you walk into the front door of the practice you are greeted by a friendly Reception team who go out of their way to make you feel welcome and supported. The environment is both friendly and professional, clean and modern. Dental nurses and dentists have all been very empathetic and caring. As I new patient (and have a real fear of dentist) I was put on ease all the way telling me what was going on and the dentist was really gentle on the process, including x-rays and got to see all the images and what i can do to improve dental care, I'm really happy with the whole process and the surgery I would rate 10/10 and will be booking in for a polish and scale and I will be asking to get a night guard retainer the staff are all very professional, thanks to all staff who put me on ease.

My children and I have been going to amber valley dental practice since they were 2yr olds, now 14 & 18. They throughly enjoy visiting Nadia and the rest of the team at the practice. We relocated to chesterfield but would never think about moving dental practices. I’m happy to complete the journey as Nadia has been amazing throughout the years. Would highly recommend.

Went as a NHS client . Newly refurbed premises with relaxing ambience and friendly staff . Notably i was greeted by name on entry. Good timing .
