My first visit to Amber Valley Dental and I was made to feel at ease right from seeing the receptionist. Nadia and her assistant were very kind and understanding of theIssues I have with my teeth. Nadia listened to my concerns and discussed a plan to start my cosmetic treatment. I felt comfortable and I found Nadia very easy to talk to.

Great dentist, receptionists always friendly and smiling even during busy times. Helpful when rearranging appointments. A special thanks to Abi who saw my autistic son today, explained everything to him in great detail and told him how things would feel before she did them which was so helpful.He’s not usually a fan of the dentist but he came out with a huge smile. I can't thank Nadia and the rest of the staff enough. Having not made a visit to the dentist for a long while, having had a bad experience with my previous dental surgery in the past, Amber Valley Dental Practice was recommended by a friend . From Start to finish the whole experience was made comfortable and the fear of visiting a dentist has been diminished.

This practice runs smoothly, not keeping you waiting too long past your appointment time.Since joining I’ve always had my teeth cleaned by the dentist at the end of my examination. And included in my examination fee. Upon my recent visit. This wasn’t the case. The dentist said I needed the hygienist to clean them which I needed to pay private for. Which is £55. This is very different to the £26.

The staff are always very welcoming and know how to treat patients with respect. Nadia my dentist and Leanne her dental assistant make you feel at easy. They listen to your concerns and give you breaks during treatment if you need them. They have become very special to me and they make you laugh which in turn puts you at ease. I have been going to this dentist for many years and would not change. Once you find a good dentist you stick with them.
